I need Ideas

So it is my job at work to come up with a basic networking class for my co-workers. Any suggestions as to what my topics should be?

Please keep in mind that I do DSL tech support for AT&T. We deal with a lot of businesses that have various kinds of networks in place, so this needs to be basic and general, if possible.

I appreciate all the help in advance.

Make an outline out of Networking for Dummies. That should work nicely. Also look online for Making Networking as Simple as 1-2-3, and others. You want to cover the field, yet have it simple and understandable or you will lose a lot of them.

I will lose most of them. For some reason AT&T hires people based on customer service over knowledge. I understand that to a point, but they should know something!!

Thanks so much!
