Far Cry PC saving problem
Hello
I just bought Far Cry. I made it to the 3rd stage/level (Fort). After the 7th or 8th autosave, the game refuses to record the autosave it just made. It says saving, but the corresponding save is not there. I tried updating it to v1.4, but that didn't help. I'm running Vista Home Premium. Any suggestions? Thank You

I've heard there's a console command that was added with one of the patches that allows you to save.
Supposedly it's /save_game filename, and /load_game filename to load it.

Yes, thats a valid save method, after doing some googling.
Basically, its is actually easier to bind a key to save... If you know how to bind keys (I fail to find any but you are supposed to be able to do from the console) then make the savefeature bound to something like the + sign, or something like that.
