Assistance deleting a services.exe virus

I had limewire, experienced the automatic restarting issue so I uninstalled it. I am now receiving java error; I also have found manually, the services.exe file in my documents and settings folder, where it does not belong. It is also in the window sys32 folder, where it does belong; so I assume the copy in my docs folder is a virus. I've deleted it several times, and rebooted, however it still reappears.

I am not able to attach my HJT log just created.
 
This site; http://windowsxp.mvps.org/startup.htm says to use this procedure:

"Windows Defender (included by default in Windows Vista) helps you inspect/manage your startup programs.


Open Windows Defender.

Click Tools, and then click Software Explorer.

In the Category list, select Startup Programs.

To list startup entries for the system, click Show for all users.

You can enable, disable or remove startup entries from there."
