Microsoft wins Lindows fight in the Netherlands
Resellers of the Linux distribution Lindows in the Netherlands were ordered today to stop selling the product. Amsterdam judge Rullmann agreed with Microsoft that in many ways Lindows is "profiting from the success of Windows" by infringing the Beast of Redmond's trademarks.

That's really a shame. Hell, it's only a name and far enough from the original. Hell, people know what Windows is.

Infringing their trademarks? Last time I checked, Lindows.com™ was advertizing LindowsOS™, which is Lindows.com's trademark.
