What's Up With That?

I just spent 12+ hours downloading "open SUSE 11.0". Here's the thing, I clicked on the 64Bit version, then on "DVD", then on download, so why 13 hours later do I have an i386 32 bit version on my hard drive?

I know it's free, and I suppose I should be grateful, but still it does raise the question, "how would I go about getting the 64 bit version, if not by clicking on it"?

I suppose I could send Novell a check for around $60.00. Is that part of their plan?

Hey wait, it seems to want to give me the x86_64 ISO now, oh goody.

System specs
Hey, Captain, once you've got it on your computer, tell us how it looks. I saw a screen shot of a lovely green pattern, and I've read it's full of features.
