Services. exe-Bad Image

The application or DLL C:\Windows\system32\clbdll.dll is not a valid windows Image. Please check this agains your Installation.

Open a command prompt (Start -> Run, type CMD, hit enter)

Insert your installation CD

Type sfc /scannow

What service pack is your installation CD?
What service pack is your computer running?

In any case, try running sfc command above. i may take a long time to complete
