IP Tracking, Quick Question
Is it possible to find someones location, meaning adress or business connecting from, via their IP? No I'm not stalking someone :P I have a certain individual who is leaving crude posts on my online journal and I logged their IP and I'd like to find out who they are, if anyone could help, that'd be cool

A simple traceroute usually gives you the general area of an ip address.
In windows you run "tracert <IP adress>" and look at the names of the hosts on the route to the remote host. Usually the names have some hints in them about geographic locations. |
