I've had it for 2 weeks and I keep getting a black screen and unable to do anything... It last a few minutes to a few hours! I've already gone to toshiba.com and downloaded the update for the BIOS (which is version 1.90)

How can I correct this for good? PLEASE HELP! Or did I just buy a junk laptop and got screwed? Thanks for any help possible.

So the laptop powers on and works ok but intermittently goes off.

Does it come back on if you reboot it or does it stay off.

The laptop will be on and sometimes just lockup. Can't power down, remove the battery to reboot or anything. Then sometimes I'll power on and the screen just remains black for extended periods of time without being able to do anything.

And this thing is 2 weeks old.

what about warranty for this unit?
