I'm building a computer and need suggestions

hello, i need help picking out good video cards, processors, motherboards, etc. i need some help and i must stay around my budget of $1,400 if it goes over by a little its no big deal but it must be around that general area. thank u and i hope u give me some hints.

Er, its usefull to be more specific. I'll assume this will be a gaming computer soo....

The 8800gt and 9800gt(not out yet!) are all great cards. The 4850 too.

The E7200 and E8400 are good DUAL CORE processors, Q6600 and maybe the Q9300/9450 for quad cores.

I think a great mobo is the Evga 750i FTW!

hdd's, you might not be able to fit a wd raptor in your budget but well see.
