Safe Mode problem

I can't reboot my computer in Safe Mode, it's broken. When i reboot in Safe mode using F8 it doesn't want to run Safe Mode, but restarts. There was a program that fixed this problem with Safe mode, but unfortunately i don't remember which program it was.

So please help me! Thank you very much!

Xp?

I found this Xp SP2 Safe Mode Repair reg file, which may have been the "program" you wanted.

Also many users report this fault is actually caused by Virus/Spyware, so you should also do a full scan for this
