It is able to play WOW yes, but most likely it will not run very smoothly at all.

You'll most likely be able to play the game on Medium and a decent resolution ( 1280x960 ) with around 30fps-60fps depending on the location you're at. High populated areas such as Cities and battlegrounds will probably drop to a 20fps area, but that's only if a lot of action is going on at once.
