Help with my Dell B120 laptop

Can anyone help me?! When I attempt to log-on I will get the "loading perosnal settings" message but then my computer will say "logging off" and will go back to the log-in desk top. Also my battery has died. I can buy a battery but I can't buy my information on my laptop. Can anyone help me?

System specs
your boot sector is probably corrupt. run CHKDSK.

once fixed, I suggest you install goback to correct future errors.
