Bsod stop 0xd1 during internet use
have been getting bsod with stop error: 0xd1
3-5 bsod crashes a day started about 5 weeks ago. seems to be more frequent all the time always when using internet am currently using Firefox 3. just upgraded from FF2 -- however, uninstalled FF3 and reinstalled FF2 -- and bsod continued have checked for missing ms updates -- found many -- installed updates but has not helped here is my sys info: dell E521 xp home sp2 amd athlon 64X2 4400+ 2.3 GHZ 2 gigs ram Here is bug check analysis: Microsoft (R) Windows Debugger Version 6.9.0003.113 X86 Copyright (c) Microsoft Corporation. 0xD1 errors are normally Bad Device Driver Issues or Faulty or Mismatched RAM.
Try updating your Network Drivers. If this doesn't help then follow this Memtest86 Instructions Download the pre-built version of Memtest86 (Link Below) and burn it onto a CD using ISO Recorder (Link Below) after this boot off the CD and start the test going and let it run for 3-5 hours (Minimum of 7 Passes) or Overnight which is best. is there an easy way to determine which if any of my network drivers need to be updated? how do i update network drivers? |

Go to Device Manager (Start -> Run -> devmgmt.msc -> OK) and update all Network Drivers normally about 2-3 there.
