My hibernate doesn't work Vista SP1

I fixed it 
Here is the solution
I have fixed the issue from the following website
http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/re-enable-hibernate-option-in-windows-vista/
click Start button type in cmd then click cmd, and right click and run as administrator, click ok or continue and then type in powercfg /hibernate on
After you done the disk cleanup.
Its a bug in Windows Vista
