Cd/dvd rom door

on a cd/dvd rom drive the door can be opened with a pin inserted from the front in case of no power.
i just came across a new drive with no pin hole.
all i find is a tiny arrow.
can any body enlighten me, thanks parallax56

It's not inside the flap is it?

Also what's the drive name and model? I thought they all had this option
