HP laptop buying guide

guys, im on a short budget n i wanna buy HP laptop
iv come down to dv4t and dv5t. its a 256 Geforce graphics card, 320 GB HDD, 4 GB RAM, 2.0 Intel Core 2 Duo....and all others are normal. With this config from hp.com, the dv4t is 100 dollar more than dv5t?

can anyone help me on which onez better?

and will it be wise to spend 150 dollar more on extra 2 GB RAM ( from upgrading from 2 GB to 4GB)?? will it give THAT much difference as the dollars!!!

and 100 extra dollar for the HDD from 250 to 320. is it really worth it!!?

let me informed on these, cuz im most prolly buying in a month or so,,,,

HELp

Upgrading the Ram wont make much of a difference as me have tried it.

Yeah but a better hard drive would help you out.

Hope this helps

If you are not playing high end games on it then 2gig is enough
But Vista does use a lot of resource (Ram) and many users consider adding Ram to compensate this. It all depends on what you are using it for.

Even the "100 extra dollar for the HDD from 250 to 320" (70 gig for $100 extra ! I wouldn't do it)

By the way why HP only? If you have a month, then really shop around first
