The MiniDump you attached cites a 0xC2 error which is a Software or Device Driver Problem and cites the Driver "SSIDRV.SYS" which is associated with your SpySweeper software.
I would suggest you uninstall it and try reinstalling it. If you have another problem then uninstall it for good and use Spybot S&D as your Anti-Spyware. |
