Monitor Problem

When I start up my computer my screen looks like this:
PQB_RcYr6z-Zl8Iu4Dh5TJ4TlA3x29gc

I have to hit or squeeze it so it snaps back to normal.

How do I fix this problem, or do I need a new monitor?
 
lol, yep.

Alternatively just keep smacking it. I've ran 'bad' monitors for years by just smacking them when they screw up.
