Is there a program that can edit bios in windows xp?

I just can't seem to edit my bios since my keyboard wasn't functioning properly. Is there in any way that i can change my booting sequence without logging in to my bios?

Bios is editted in Bios.

Is the keyboard still malfunctioning? the "wasn't" is confusing.

Have you tried a PS2 keyboard?

oh, sorry bout that.. actually im using a notebook. the keyboard is still functioning. but only when windows starts.

I will suggest first thing is to replace the CMOS battery with a new one if possible.

My keyboard doesn't seem too work when i'm booting in my cd..

Is there any tip how to work this out? i've updated my bios but it doesn't work either.
