Trouble Shooting: Blue Screen on Startup

I power on my monitor and computer. A blue screen loads only displaying a fundamental picture of a monitor. No other process appears. I need help as it no longer loads up my Operating System Windows XP.

Recently my computer moved in and out of my room as we had fitted in new carpet. I had placed my computer back but I have misplaced my keyboard so it is no longer connected to the computer, I assume the Operating system should load anyway. I have checked the plugs for my monitor, mouse and power and they are all secure.

The monitor is an Optima km-521

My computer had previously always started when I switched on the power buttons. This happen atleast once each day. I would shut down the computer by holding the power button.

No, in most computers, you need that keyboard connected. You can do without the mouse in many cases, but not the keyboard.
