What is going on? Tell us more. Did it work before? Has it failed. Did it ever work? Who installed it? To what is it connected.
What is the brand, modle and age of comptuter, and who are you using as your internet provider? What video graphics card do you have and what is your ethernet connection... on board or separate card?
Have you gone through the normal install process, and looked at the support information at Netgear.
Netgear isn't real fancy, but it is a very solid for the money that is more reliable than most.
