My Laptop Screen Wont Turn On But It Powers Up
I havent had any problems till now with my laptop ACER ASPIRE 5510 untill now.
Last i remember is i was playing a game and it shut down all of a sudden. So i pressed the on button and it booted up and i could hear the fan and hard drive all working fine but the screen stayed black, i have checked the screen to make sure it wasnt just dim and its not just not working? Please Help! Im starting to get annoyed

Have you tried connecting an external monitor (how to is in your manual)?
It may well be a component failure like an inverter board since you 'crashed' when it first happened.

Cant get my hands on a monitor at the moment.
How much would it cost to fix?
