Windows Media Player 11 Advanced Tag Editor Annoyance

For reasons I cannot comprehend, the Advanced Tag Editor Option, ( on right click in playlist ) seems to disappear on and off again for no explained reason... I tried to get it back but normally spend 10-15 minutes trying to get it to appear again... But I have NO Idea what I did to make it appear again... I do the exact same thing every time but nothing to get it back predictably, is this some dumb bug?

Edit: I think I'm finally starting to understand this Advanced Tag Editor... I believe it is SLOWLY ( extremely slowly ) reading updating media information and sorting files into albums... Which completely prevents me for editing files even if they have already been sorted... Which makes it really dumb, shouldn't I be able to edit this information any time I want? Is there a way to stop it from doing this, or at least make it sort faster... My computer knowledge fails to the illogicalness of this Media Player >.>
