Hi :

So Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware did NOT completely remove "it" from your
computer ? Posting a HijackThis Log while running the program in safe mode is
of very little help; IF at all possible, run HijackThis in "Normal" Mode and Post its
Result .

I've just logged on to normal mode for the first time since running Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and it doesn't seem to be showing it's self. Does this program completely remove virus then ?
Sorry if i'm asking stupid qestions but this stuff relly loses me x x

You have some serious things missing:
No antivirus program
No spyware/adware programs
No firewall
No Java

Malwarebytes appears to have done a good job, but you're not going to stay that way: Check the following:
Step 2
If you`re NOT running any antivirus or firewall software, you should install some ASAP If you already have an Anti-virus program - please be sure to check for updates and run a full scan of your system - Please note anything that it finds in your thread.

Recommended Free Anti Virus:
Avira Free
Avast Free

Recommended Free Firewall:
Comodo
Zonealarm

Many types of malware like to exploit out of date Java versions! You can manually install the most recent version of Java here: https://www.techspot.com/downloads/6463-java-se.html

Please run Step 5
SuperAntiSpyware Home Edition Free Version: https://www.techspot.com/vb/topic112292.html

Open HijackThis and scan. Chech the following processes:
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = http://www.zpecialoffer.com/indexie.html
O2 - BHO: Browser Address Error Redirector - {CA6319C0-31B7-401E-A518-A07C3DB8F777} - c:\windows\system32\BAE.dll
Close all other programs. Check Fix in HajackThis and reboot into Normal Mode
Repeat the Malwarebytes scan and run HijackThis in Normal mode
Attach logs when through.

My sister-in-law calls me up yesterday telling me she had purchased Panda another waste. Her system was infected by the Antivirus XP 2008 bla, bla. Instead of telling me over the phone before I got to her house sure enough there it was running all over her system. That link you have there won't fix her problem hers has gone beyond that poster site. What I did was go into the safe mode where that program doesn't is run but it has locked down all the places it hides. I created a new account login and bang that AXP2008 popup. Now I have their system just going to use wipe-it commercial destoryer and then re-install XP. Partition's the HDD into 2 make D the backup and use Enterprise ACRONIS to make a backup of the new setup. Next time when that happens again it can be restored with a fresh image. Because I know they'll call me up in a few days saying it happen again.

Thanks to everyone that has replied, i will follow up everything you have said and put it on here

Thanks Again

Sara

When you have finished it would be a good idea to run HijackThis again> If clean, we'll help you remove the cleaning tools and old system restore points.
