States fault is with:

RTKHDAUD.SYS: related to Realtek High Definition Audio Function

Please update your Sound Driver
Or turn off any Realtek program starting with Windows

Unless I experience a new BSOD this thread is considered closed, hard to say if the matter is resolved. Will repost if it is not.
