Inside the 2 Minidumps:
Quote:
BugCheck 7A, {c05cf000, c000000e, b9e0050c, 34354860}
Probably caused by : atapi.sys

BugCheck 1000008E, {80000004, 806ecae1, a10f4130, 0}
Unable to load image igxpmp32.sys, Win32 error 0n2
Probably caused by : pci.sys
PROCESS_NAME: firefox.exe
Sorry must go, but I put the faulting process in bold

Initial thoughts
Looks like driver issue. You need to update all your drivers

Hmm. Please do this and reply once done
By the way, many times I post this, users just paste in the report. no no, the profile, it needs to go in your profile.!
Also if you have brand name manufacture computer just type that in the mobo field (Make and model number)

Please put your System Specs information in your Profile

Actually please update your Profile Mobo field, with the exact one you have (there are so many!)

This one might do the atapi (CD drives)

The PCI Bus should have been automatically picked up by Windows
Otherwise checkout Intel Inf download (if your cpu is Intel)
