Which is the right graphics card for me?

I currently have an Nvidia FX 5200, and it always lets me down because I am an online gamer.

So I was just wondering if anyone could give me any tips on what Graphics Card I should get.
I don't want to spend too much, so i'll only be willing to spend one under $100.

The game that i play is Counter-Strike Source, I was just letting you know so you know what performance I'd be aiming for.

System Info:
Windows XP Sp2
Ram: 1535mb

An HD 3650 or 8600GT will be good enough. Check your PSU (Power Supply Unit) sticker to make sure it has at least 16-18A on the +12V rail. This is what a typical PSU sticker looks like.

What you're looking for is the number underneath "+12V".

open the case and look on the PSU it will be located on the bottom or top of the inside case.
