CMD won't run

There are probably about 1000 things wrong with my computer. My /cmd won't open so I know at least one of the scenarios. I'm not a tech person but I like to pretend I am. I have recently set up my wireless router for my laptop and my Wii. But the internet always has to be reset and I'm pretty sure thats not normal. I have reset it about 10 times in the last week.

I don't know what to do, could you please help! =]

Thank you for your time.

Your HJT version is too old for any support to help you with it
You must Un-install it fully and then install the newest verion

Here is your best option:

You made me go to that page and download and install HJT just to prove that what you said is incorrect ?!??

Please go back to Post#2 and do the same thing I stated

System specs
You can try and make your own command prompt and see if it works. To do that do the following:

1. Open Notepad
2. Type "command.com" (without quotes)
3. Save as "command.bat" to the desktop (without quotes)

Double-Click the file you just made and a command prompt will open. Try and use the command prompt you just made to see if it works.

P.S. THIS IS NOT THE WINDOWS CMD.EXE command prompt per say.....JUST A 'REPLICA' (for lack of a better word). If you want the windows cmd.exe command prompt to work again you have to uninstall HJT and download the laterst version like kimsland stated. Run the scan and post here.
