Red X in toolbar Antivirus 2009

Hi Guys,

I was really stupid this morning and clicked on an exe and now have a red x in the toolbar and constatn pop ups about spywar and keyloggers..

I've run Hijack this and the results below. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Apologies for the multiple posts.

I've run through the steps and the problem seems to have dissapeared, I don't have the red 'X' any more or any pop ups.

I've attached the logs as a precaution, so if there is anything in there can you please let me know, it's much appreciated.
