I'm not certain why it would be showing a buffer size of 0.

- One possibility might be in the disk's firmware. But i haven't found any such issue related to the firmware level DL030G reported on your drive

Other things you might check for:
- Do you have the latest drivers loaded for the chipset on the motherboard in your computer?
- Check BIOS version and BIOS settings if anything related to recognizing that drive and features correctly. SIW must be reporting BIOS version being used. You'd have to check the system manufacturer or motherboard provider on BIOS versions available and product manuals describing appropriate settings that might apply
