BIOS Corrupt

Ugh, I had a WinPhlash folder sitting around with an old BIOS. There was a bat inside, and while cleaning out my computer I found this crap. I accidentally opened the BAT and closed it as soon as I saw it. It was too late as WinPhlash was already open... it was frozen though. So I terminated the proccess... and then checked with SiSoftware SANDRA to see if my BIOS was OK.. it seemed fine as it displayed the WinPhlashed BIOS.. but I'm a bit paranoid of rebooting.

Well your gonna have to find out one way or the other, chances are good that no changes were made to the BIOS and you should be ok.

Are there any steps I can do to reverse this, such as reflash it?
