Toshiba upgrade

please can anyone tell me if it is possible to upgrade the chip on my toshiba satellite p10. i know its old but it just needs a bit more speed. i have already upgraded the ram to 2gb. cheers jon
 
Your performance could be improved by just reformatting and reinstalling the OS fresh... Of course, please back up your important data first
 
You can't upgrade the microprocessor alone. The only way would be to change the MoBo but for that price, you might as just buy a new laptop.

As far as hardware goes, you're as upgradable as you can be.
