Cannot Recognize Sata Drive Need Help

Hello all,

I am not that new to computers but this is something that is causing me some greif.

I have a 2.8ghz intel with 1.5g ram running windows xp home edition.

before I had windows xp professional with 2 drives on it a 160G IDE drive and a 1 terra Sata drive. the IDE drive being the one with the operating system on it.
The Sata drive was initialize and formated for NTFS and had a setting of dynamic drive.

I just dumped all my documents on the sata drive and formatted my IDE drive and installed Windows XP Home edition.

Now my problem is that I have installed eveything back on my IDE Drive to run that as the operating system and I don't see my Sata drive anywhere in my computer. So I went to disk management to see the drive and it sees it as disk 1 has a exclamation point in the icon and says dynamic... My only options are to format it and make a basic drive of it. Does anyone know how I can recognize the drive and pull my stuff off of it without have to pull everything apart.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thank you kindly in advance
