Can a Gigabyte GA-M61PME-S2 motherboard be overclocked?
...And if this motherboard can be overclocked can someone please explain to me how. My BIOS screen options are not showing anything useful.

said "m61 or mcp61 or nforce430\mcp6100 or nforce400\mcp61 based boards suck at overclocking..." Since that site specializes in these things, I think that is definitive. |

After taking a quick look at the motherboard manual there doesn't seem to be any BIOS settings designed to allow you to overclock, so I'm gonna say NO. But you may want to see if there are any hidden settings by hitting Ctrl F1 while on the main page of the BIOS. Sometimes this key combination will unlock hidden parts of a Gigabyte BIOS.
