Problem with liveusb install of pclinuxos minime 2008

I get the following error message when i run the livesub installer

ERROR: Problem copying files. Exiting. :cp: cannot stat '/mnt/loop/livecd.sqfs' : No such file or directory

What do I do?

i know it's an error code, but is this due to a bad cd burn or what?
