Alcatel ot V770 Help

here is my problem with that phone it use java MIDP 2.0 and it was working good with installing apps and games and after i try to install dictionary all things gone bad now when i install a java games or any kind of java programs on v770 my cellphone automatic turn into black and after a second the installation process will stop but i still use the phone and its working fine except installing apps or games its
hangs and then after a second it start normally !!
what is the problem???? could anyone help me
