MacBook Pro Issue

Hi, I bought my MacBookPro in August. I've been having issues like DVD drive not working. Computer freezing and not turning off even with force quit. The mouse pad seems to drag occasionally. Then the screen will fill with noise (3 times it's happened).
I want to take it into Mac care but I'm concerned that if i have a copy of some programs that I could get into trouble.

Does anyone know what could be wrong or if I could get into trouble?

thanks

As long as you don't have kiddie porn on there they won't care. Just take it in and get it fixed.
