This is in the minidump, and was later removed from the system. It is part of a rootkit labeled as Rootkit.agent. Once this was removed, the windows installer worked again. All other attempts at unreg/rereging or reinstalling installer completed, but it still didnt work. Possible that this was causing the bsods as well? |

It wouldn't be the first time. It would usually get the blame though. Post some of the actual dump files if it continues to crash.

Is the actual minidump useful beyond the log that i posted? I know very little about them, and the process. Different options can be run on it or run it for different out put or something?
Is there some guide on how to use/read minidump? Even the software developers here wont look at them..lol |
