BSOD errors, IRQL and PFN CORRUPT mainly

Hi everyone, this is my first time posting.
I always thought I could find a solution to my problems by reading the forum and searching online. but it was no hope. Plus I am not any hardware pro, so hopefully I could solve this problem by posting.

About 2 months ago, my computer had virus and I couldn't get rid of it, so I formatted the computer and installed Windows XP SP 2. However, because this computer was built by my brother, so I messed up with the drivers, after I installed my graphic card driver, the computer would just go to bsod right away after boot showing ndis.sys error , So i had to go safe mode to uninstall graphic card and it worked again. This made me pretty sure it was graphic card problem. Then I formatted my computer and I checked all my hardware without moving the hardware positions. This time I installed all the right drivers (at least i dont see anything not matching), It was working fine but after a few days, I started getting bsod again.

BSOD happens at random times,
EG, Playing Warcraft 3 (when i just finish loading a map)
surfing the web, windows just finish booting (when the welcome appears),
or installing something, downloading with bitcomet etc

However it doesn't ALWAYS BSOD, so I just sit and hope it doesn't bsod whenever I'm waiting for something to load.

The funny thing is, whenever it starts to bsod, it usually goes a cycle of bsod
Like when i get the first bsod of the day, it restarts and when it gets to the screen of Welcome of windows, it gets BSOD again
it always appear different msg, usually its IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL first
then PFN LIST CORRUPT.. and so on
sometimes it's PAGE FAULTED or something..

I always had to turn the computer off completely or unplug the hardrive and plug again to make it work.. (not 100%)

Thank you very much. I will provide any information instructed.

Hi mflynn, thanks for the reply.
I'm not too sure if this has anything to do with my BSOD.. since I dont have any symptoms of having the ANTIVIRUS2009 virus..
however I got a log

system32 = C:\WINDOWS\system32
Desktop = \Documents and Settings\Calib\Desktop
Documents and Settings = C:\Documents and Settings

Removed: C:\qlcojek.exe

and
for the not exist log
all of them are not exist.

on the desktop my shortcuts couldn't find the correct program for sas.exe and runmbam.exe

OK we will see if they do or not you may be surprised! POST ALL LOGS!

Go do the 8 Step post HJT before running other scans. Please do all the steps!

The TechSpot 8 steps: http://www.techspot.com/vb/topic58138.html

Do all skip no step (do not install another virus scanner as you already have one).

Most importantly update MalwareBytes and SuperAntiSptware!

Before you scan with SuperAntiSpyWare do the below:

SuperAntispyware config

After installed double-click the icon on your desktop to run it.

It asks to update the program definitions, click Yes.

Click the Preferences button.

Then Scanning Control.

In Scanner Options make sure the following are checked:
1. Close browsers before scanning
2. Scan for tracking cookies
3. Terminate memory threats before quarantining.
4. Leave the others as they are.

In MalwareBytes after update but before running
Click settings and confirm all are Checked.

I repeat Update these 2 programs.

If the regular shortcuts do not run or update then use the ones that came with Fixit!

Mike

PS Attach logs not paste to screen!
