Hello!

I completed this 8-step preliminary removal of virus/spyware/malware and have attached the 3 log files to determine if my PC is still infected.

Hi iglobalusa

Now this is going to sound a little double handling, and feeling of not needed
But can you please re-run Malwarebytes, also confirming updated (on the third tab)

And perform another full scan

Why?

Because you had many removed Malware entries I'm going to bet that Malwarebytes will find (and the you remove) lots more!
This happens because many Malware entries hide other Malware. But once they are removed you are then able to remove the hidden ones. Strange I know

Please do that, and then re-supply the new Malware log (just to see what else it caught and removed)

Consider un-installing Norton too
It didn't help you with this infection !
