Convert Video 8 to DVD

Hey guys,
I'm looking for a method to convert my Video 8 tapes to DVDs with as little monitoring as possible. I don't need to edit the content on the Video 8 tapes, or get too creative with the chapters on the DVD itself (if it automatically set a new chapter every 10 minutes or so, something like that would be perfect).
Ideally I would love an easy to use external device that I could just drop both a Video 8 tape and a blank DVD into and let it do all the work, but I'm not sure such a device exists. I do not have a video capture card on my computer.
Thanks.

Hi

look up the emprex ME1. its a good little unit and there are is a good forum here with plenty of advice, it will record and chapterise your video 8 tapes nicely however you will then need to convert them to a DVD format and burn them seperately.
