Bootable Flash Drive

Is there possible to create a bootable Flash Drive with installer of Windos on it?
Would appreciate for your replies. Thanks

yes, this is possible, but things to consider:

A: It has to be a BIG flash drive to accommidate windows components.
B: it can only be used on THAT computer.
C: Your Bios must support booting off the drive.
