Gamer but CPU illiterate
Hello
I have a little problem, I recently reformatted my computer for the first time because of suspected viruses. I finished the whole process and loaded everything from the resource dvd. All looked well until I realized my computer doesn't have any sound. I installed the audio driver from the resource dvd and enabled it. I also made sure that the wires were intact and my speakers had power. I checked the make of the sound card and went to the manufacturer's site and downloaded all the possible audio drivers that may be compatible to my cpu. I tried to install each of the audio drivers and I still get a message basically saying the drivers are not compatible to the system or unable to detect anything that can run the software. I was wondering if anyone could help me out or point me to the right direction to solve this problem? |
