XP event id 1003 - 1000008e

Hi all,
A week ago i reformatted my HD and reinstalled windows XP SP 2.
Every day if i work on the computer it randomly crashes and reboots.
If i look into the event log I see the following error in system events:
Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 bf80487b, parameter3 bafff46c, parameter4 00000000.

I've found out that is an unexpected kernel error, and I've seen some post on how to solve them but so far the issue has not yet been resolved.
(Updating drivers, scanning for spyware / virus).
Computer : AMD 2400 XP (yeah i know it's old ), 1 GB RAM , XP SP2, Gefore 6600

I've added a few minidumps that were generated after the crash. If anyone can point me in the correct direction on solving the problem i'd greatly appreciate it.
