It is good. Better to buy it on disk, though.

Thanks. i did get the disk downloaded and onto a cd. I now have to figure out what to do with it. I was able to get the normal desk top up last night. We found several bugs. i will list the things i have identified so far. Not sure if it makes any difference.
When i boot(can 't open ARlaunch.exe)
Scan with Microsoft one scan( Trojan win32/cinsect.gen.a &Trojan:winnt/cinsect.gen!a
symantec in(documents&settings\seano\desktop\daof159263776e66\d) symantec would not remove this one?
Found 2 (angryipscanner&ipscan.exe)(trojan horse) & (trojan-spy.html) &smithfdield.c
win32backdoor.sdbot
I think that whatever i get rid of some how more stuff comes in.
I did scan with some of the so called free scans but when they find problems they want you to buy the software. i don't know if the problems they find are rear or not or if the problems are the real problem. one software fourn a "viewpoint" issue. there seamed to be a lot of those in various files.
I am still working on a fix and have not given up.
Thanks for staying with me.

Here's the best fix

1. Remove Norton (obiously it's useless)
2. UPDATED 8-step Viruses/Spyware/Malware Preliminary Removal Instructions
3. Try the free (but much better) Avira Antivirus
