Backdoor.tidserv!inf Help

Recently, my computer was infected with this virus, backdoor.tidserv!inf.
I'm running on Norton 360 and it's telling me I have to manually remove it.
I've done a scan through Spybot Search & Destroy as well as Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware. As of now, I am running a quick scan through SUPERAntiSpyware.

I don't know what else to do. Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware said it got rid of the virus, it's been 3 days and the virus keeps showing up everyday. I'm worried that I may have to reformat my computer. Does anyone know what I can possibly do to get rid of the virus/trojan/whatever it is without having to reformat my computer? I'd like that to be my last option. Thanks!

The first thing i would do is get rid of Norton and then follow the steps in this post
UPDATED 8-step Viruses/Spyware/Malware Preliminary Removal Instructions
I got rid of the same crap using the above method.
Follow the step carefully no skipping.
