I've completed the 8 steps and have attached the files. Can anyone give me some help please? Much appreciated.

System specs
HJT shows an item not handled. Did you restart the computer following the running of MBAM?

  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MS Juan (Malware.Trace) -> Delete on reboot

Check for updates.
Re-run MBAM & SAS until clean or until unable to run clean.
Restart the computer and scan with HJT.
Post logs & give an update for symptoms and changes.
