But for step 3 how do I disable Avira, Malwarebytes, and Superantispyware?

Turn Off system restore delete temporary internet files and cookies in IE TOOLS/OPTIONS
do a disk cleanup in your START/accessories/system tools folder

get and run malwarebytes www.malwarebytes.org then run hijackthis again at the same time and select any files and or keys in the attachment I posted here in Hyjackthis but
DONOT HIT THE KILL BUTTON. WHEN Malwarebytes is done scanning
have BOTH fix at the same time then reboot
reset your browser IE to default. IE TOOLS/OPTIONS [ADVANCED] tab

run hijack this and post your log here again

I just finished scanning and checking for both but how do I "fix" on malwarebytes?

term is different is all repair remove fix

Okay.. here's my HJT log..
Also, malwarebytes kept finding the trojan vundo... and it's been finding and "deleting" that same trojan for a few days now.
