Would I be able to upgrade graphics on C640?

I am tempted to get a dell C640, is there a slot I could fit a mobile graphics card in? I am new to this laptop stuff so don't really understand much thanks.

hmm, here they're saying you can fit an fx 5700 go - there must be something that can be put in the mini-pci slot?

Just Google 'mini-pci graphics card' and you'll know more than me about this.

Be forewarned...

Is not that what you ask is impossible vs may not be as simple as "pop in a card and it works" as you;re used to. Has the potential to require work (as well as debugging and experience at it)

see here and note thread includes more recent posts in 2008
