MSN Auto-Message Virus

I've been trying for a few days to rid myself of a problem where by MSN sends messages to all my online contacts. It never sends a file or a picture, just a message, but I have a feeling something more malicious is going on. Many of the scans I've performed have found quite a lot of Trojans, but I can't seem to eliminate the problem. I really hope somebody here can help me.

Also I've located a couple of directories containing application with titles involving XP hacking, Porn and the like. I just felt I should pass that information along in case it helps.
